We work with clients to focus on solutions and how they want to be, rather than talk about the problems of the past or present.

The hypnotherapists featured here are all trained to the highest standard and hold the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (seen as

the Gold Standard by the National Council of Hypnotherapy).

Hypnotherapy can help with areas such as:

- improving confidence and focus,

- overcoming insomnia,

- discarding nerves or phobias,

- reducing stress and anxiety levels,

- getting control to aid weight loss

Hypnotherapy is a natural and gentle way to treat all kinds of

emotional problems.  It can also be beneficial in motivating people, whether for sports or to succeed in their personal or business lives.

For instance, research into mentally rehearsing such things as playing an instrument or playing golf has found that visualisation can

improve one's performance as much as actually physically practising.

In a state of physical relaxation, your subconscious mind relaxes and becomes more receptive to beneficial suggestions, accepting

directions to promote positive change.

As a client, you need to want the change to happen, you need to understand that you will have to work along side your Hypnotherapist

to bring about change and know that you will need to undertake a course of sessions.

Should you have questions, then please CLICK HERE to visit our Questions & Answers page.  Alternatively, contact one of our Hypnotherapists direct.

As with all our complementary therapies, you should seek advice

from your GP if you feel you have a medical condition.

"I think many people are afraid of it [hypnotherapy] because they

feel like they will lose control, somebody will take over control. And actually it’s the opposite. It’s a way of enhancing people’s control

over their mental state and over certain aspects of how their body functions. So you are not losing control, you are gaining control with hypnosis, and it’s a very valuable tool."
