Life Coach

There are times when life feels out of balance, we know something needs to change. We can become caught in the treadmill of existence and forget that life is for living. I believe we all have the potential to live lives that will fulfil us and that we have the power to take the steps that will allow us to reconnect with ourselves, our purpose, each other, our creativity and the world around us.

Co-Active Life Coaching is essentially a conversation between two people that creates a powerful process of change that will enable you to find clarity and direction and ultimately find fulfilment in life and yourself.

My role as your coach is to empower you to create the life you want, and to successfully take each step towards achieving your dreams, however big or small those dreams may be.

This is a journey of discovery, of recognising your own strengths and potential, realising you have all the answers you need and achieving your goals.

Life Coaching is a solution based approach to personal development helping you to acknowledge your strengths, fulfil your potential and to make lasting changes in your life.

Coaching will help you to: Improve your self-confidence and self esteem - Relieve stress - Give you clarity and focus - Recognise your inner strengths - Discover your core values and beliefs - Change your life -  Be motivated - Achieve your goals - Find the direction that is right for you.

I specialise in helping those who are at transition points in their lives and are looking to improve their self-esteem, confidence and motivation.

About your Therapist - Emma Tyer Accredited Practitioner Coach (IIC&M)

I am a trained Life Coach and I have spent the past 25 years helping groups

and individuals reconnect with what is important to them, inspiring them to

move forward on their paths of self-discovery, encouraging them to have

confidence in who they are and courage to be who they want to be.

I started out as an early year’s teacher and when I had my own children

developed a series of well-being courses, initially for parents. This then grew

into well-being courses for individuals and organisations. I also developed a

series of creative education and parenting courses for schools to run alongside

inset days for teachers.
