After the initial consultation session we will build a programme of
ten sessions - each programme is designed to support results,
progression and confidence building leading in turn to improvement
of core strength, suppleness and stamina.
Each session will consist of a gentle warm up, mat Pilates (including the use of balls, rings and other equipment) and end with guided relaxation.
With a wide range of exercises and modifications, the sessions are suitable for everyone regardless of fitness or physical limitations or restrictions: from beginner to advanced.
Pilates is under pinned by the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated and should be conditioned together by co-ordinating breathing and physical movement, we improve our focus and concentration and regain control of our bodies and minds.
Small Group sessions or one to one the choice is yours.
Group Sessions (no more than 4 participants per session) this allows the programme to be very personalised and allows me to work very individually with clients in a group environment.

Consultation Session: £25
One to One - I hour £30 (£25 if six sessions paid in advance)

All sessions are one hour long apart from the consultation session which will take a little longer.
Your Therapist - Gail Finch SAC Dip
After spending 26 years working in higher education Gail had the opportunity
to undertake further training and study to allow her to help others to enjoy
happier, healthier lives. She completed a Professional Diploma to become
a Pilates trainer, and takes every opportunity she can to update her training
to keep the sessions fun, challenging and delivering results, from beginners
to the more experienced.
Gail also has diploma in both Indian Head Massage and Massage Therapy, and
is trained in Aqua Massage (see our massage page).
The combination of massage therapies and Pilates work means that she can
re-align with massage and suggest stretches to allow clients to take ownership
of improving and maintaining a better posture themselves (in just a few minutes each a week).
Her love of finding the cause of, and a solution to, a problem offers an exceptional and very personalised service to her clients.
Watching her clients progress and improve despite occasional set-backs is what 3steps4ward is all about.
