Cranio-Sacral Therapy In Cirencester

Cranio-Sacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive form of complementary therapy which enhances the body's natural ability to self-regulate and heal.

CST works with various movements and rhythms within the body, it aims to release tension and improve the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, which surrounds and protects the brain and spinal cord. Therapeutic engagement enhances the functioning of the central nervous system, the cranial structures, tissues, fascia, membranes and the whole person.

Integrated Biodynamic CST includes patient-led fascial unwinding as part of the treatment approach, enabling the process to proceed at the patient’s own pace. This integrated method allows fascia to naturally unwind without direct manipulation from the therapist.
