What to expect from Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a natural and gentle way to treat all kinds of emotional problems.  It can also be beneficial in motivating people, whether for sports or to succeed in their personal or business lives. For instance, research into mentally rehearsing such things as playing an instrument or playing golf has found that visualisation can improve one's performance as much as actually physically practising.

In a state of physical relaxation, your subconscious mind relaxes and becomes more receptive to beneficial suggestions, accepting directions to promote positive change.  

As a client, you need to want the change to happen, you need to understand that you will have to work along side your Hypnotherapist to bring about change and know that you will need to undertake a course of sessions.
