Angela is an experienced hypnotherapist and psychotherapist and, over the years, has helped many clients overcome a range of issues. Those issues include anxiety, insomnia, phobias, exam nerves and panic attacks as well as eliminating unwanted patterns of behaviour and increasing self-esteem.
Having experienced hypnotherapy first-hand, and witnessed its positive impact on her daughter, Angela became interested in this type of therapy. These experiences have enabled her to see things from a client perspective and to understand what genuinely helps.

What to Expect
Hypnotherapy sessions are informative, friendly and life changing. They will help clients to achieve their goals whilst focussing on solutions and not problems, each session last about 50 minutes. The initial consultation gives clients the opportunity to give Angela some information on what and why they are seeking to change. Angela then explains about the brain and why we can suffer in the way we do, then, at the end of the session clients are given a free link to her hypnotherapy sound file (no hypnosis takes place in the initial consultation).
During the Covid 19 pandemic Angela is also offering online sessions as well as face-to-face sessions in our clinic.
All sessions are held in the strictest of confidence, as a member of NCH, AfSFH and CNHC, Angela adheres to their professional guidelines.
