Lisa is a mum to four lovely children and lucky enough to live in the beautiful Cotswolds. Lisa first started her Reiki journey a few years ago after receiving treatment from a friend following a personal bereavement. It helped enormously and little did she realise at the time how much it would change her life for the better. Lisa also discovered to her joy, that after years of suffering from the chronic pain of arthritis, the treatments were helping to alleviate her symptoms too. It really was a game changer! 

Having already completed her Reiki level 1 training in 2019, Lisa decided to move forward with her level 2 degree, which she completed in 2021. 

Over the lockdown period, Lisa completed and passed a Level 2 CBT course specialising in eating disorders, a crystal therapies course, and Herbology Diploma. 

Lisa is a member of the UK Reiki federation and comprehensively insured.
